Emergency services are available 24/7 and are subject to after-hours rates as disclosed at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, geographic limitations, or situations beyond our technical capabilities.
Phone Calls and Estimates

Initial estimates provided via phone or through our website are preliminary and based on information supplied by the customer. These estimates are not guaranteed prices and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the work site.
On-site estimates are provided at no cost for standard service calls within our primary service area. For specialized services, new construction projects, or locations outside our standard coverage area, a trip charge or formal bid fee may apply, which will be disclosed in advance. All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. Work will not commence until the customer approves the final estimate in writing or electronically.
Independent Contractors
